SRB Servicing LLC’s core business is to focus on purchasing large blocks of loans, typically either sub-performing or non-performing loans which are primarily secured by real estate. Our preference is to work closely with the original borrower to determine a mortgage solution that fits their financial needs.

Scott Covell was admitted to the practice of law in Florida in 1994 and concentrates his practice in the areas of real estate, business transactions, corporate law and taxation. Most recently, Scott served as Senior Counsel with The St. Joe Company, a publicly-traded real estate development company, assisting development teams in all phases of commercial and residential development and sales. Previously, Scott was a partner with the Northwest Florida law firm of Clark, Partington, Hart, Larry, Bond & Stackhouse where he represented banks and borrowers in secured lending transactions; other clients buying, selling and forming businesses and tax planning; and lectured on issues of corporate and tax considerations when creating business entities. Scott’s career started as an Assistant Attorney General with the State of Florida where he defended the Florida Department of Revenue in corporate, sales and documentary stamp tax litigation.

Scott received his LL.M. in Taxation from Boston University (1995), his Juris Doctor from Stetson University College of Law, St. Petersburg, FL (1994), and his undergraduate degree from Davidson College, Davidson, NC (1991).

Bryan J. Kiefer

Bryan Kiefer has been practicing real estate law in Florida since 1992, representing a variety of lending institutions and individual clients in all areas of real estate law and mortgage financing. Bryan is a member of the Florida Bar Real Property division and admitted to practice in both state and federal courts, specializing in creditor's rights issues. Bryan obtained his Juris Doctor law degree from St. John's University, New York, NY (1992) and his undergraduate degree from the University of Florida, Gainesville, FL (1980).

In addition to practicing law, Bryan is a frequent guest lecturer for various real estate professional organizations, speaking on topics such as legal negotiations, real estate investment, mortgage foreclosures, short sales, and contracts. Bryan has authored two books on Florida real estate law and real estate brokerage operations, both of which have been certified by the Florida Real Estate Commission. Licensed as a Florida Attorney, Florida Real Estate Broker, and a Florida Real Estate Instructor, Bryan is a uniquely qualified representative of the SRB Servicing, LLC organization.

Bo Avrett

Bo Avrett serves as an REO Specialist for SRB Servicing, LLC. He has a combined 12 years of experience in accounting, bookkeeping and real estate title insurance. His main responsibilities include loan collateral assessment, land record research and loan collections.

Danny Wilkins

Danny Wilkins is an REO Specialist for SRB Servicing LLC. Danny helps manage the website as well as all networking and computer needs. In addition to this, Danny works with other key personnel and management in the development of print and online media advertisement as well as property inventory planning through AutoCAD. Danny received his B.S. in Accounting from Troy University and has over ten years of experience in banking, accounting, media and publishing.
